Having sold my Manhasset property this year, I can attest to the facts that the selling process has many nuances and challenges. Now while I doubt anyone's process is 100 friction-free, managing the process was greatly enhanced by my broker, Nancy Sullivan and the team at Coldwell Banker. Her ability to stay on-top of current conditions and advise me of shifts in the market allowed me to secure the best timing to sell the property quickly and for top dollar. She efficiently worked with me and my attorney to handle closing details which allowed closing to occur in under 60 days from listing. Nancy Holweger is especially skilled in staging a home by incorporating both antiques and heirlooms with the latest/current styles. She has an acute eye for staging the home to accent visual as well functional needs of the client. Many buyers are visual and it is so helpful for them to see the options available. Being aware of current trends are vital for the freshest look. Her ability to present the property in the best "light" was a true example of her talent. The Condo sold in just days to the delight of both parties!

We listed our home in Strathmore Vanderbilt September 2021 with the hopes that perhaps we may get one good offer for the home. We honestly felt that it may not sell due to the time of year we were listing and that we would probably have to remove the listing and try again in the Spring which is typically “the time” to list in that neighborhood.
