About Nancy Sullivan Holweger, Global Luxury Specialist

Nancy Sullivan Holweger began her residential real estate sales career with Coldwell Banker American Homes in April 2022. Due to her global luxury sales, she has been recognized as an Achievers Club Member in 2022 and 2024 and holds her certification as a Global Luxury Specialist.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker American Homes, Nancy was employed for over 13 years at The Related Companies, a nationally recognized real estate developer and financier. She was VP / Assistant Marketing Director at Related Capital Company (RCC), directing investment marketing initiatives for RCC's private placements, public limited partnerships, and REITs. She was involved in the development, printing, and distribution of investment marketing materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for broker/dealers, institutional, and individual investors. Additionally, she led event planning efforts for RCC's national conferences, managing logistics and public relations activities.

A long-time resident of Manhasset for over 50 years, Nancy has a deep-rooted connection to the community. After spending a decade in Manhattan, she and her husband returned to Manhasset to raise their family. They were drawn back by the exceptional quality of life, proximity to the city, and strong sense of community. One of the most rewarding aspects of returning to Manhasset was witnessing the close bond their children developed with their grandparents, who lived nearby. It is the strong family connections and sense of community that set Manhasset apart.

Nancy has been involved in the Manhasset community through various volunteer roles, including serving as a Board Member of the Manhasset Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer (Outreach), President of the Women’s Club, Strathmore Vanderbilt Country Club, Girl Scout Troop Leader, Manhasset SCA, and the EOC.

After her children left for college, Nancy decided to channel her expertise in marketing and her natural talent for interior design into a new venture. Drawing on the skills she had acquired during her tenure at Related Capital, particularly in layout and color design, Nancy began offering interior consulting and home staging services to friends and family. This passion for design eventually led her to Coldwell Banker American Homes, where she launched her career in real estate sales.

Nancy’s attention to detail and keen eye for design enable her to create visually appealing spaces that resonate with a wide range of buyers. Coupled with her marketing acumen, she excels at crafting and executing effective strategies to showcase properties and attract potential clients. Her approach is defined by trust, transparency, and personalized service, fostering strong and lasting relationships with her clients.
